Our Seaweed Detox Body Wrap is a very relaxing body treatment that offers such benefits as reducing stress, improving circulation, stimulating skin metabolism and detoxifying the body. It is also great for temporarily reducing cellulite when consecutive treatments are received.

Salt Glow Body Treatment is a full body exfoliation that removes dead skin cells and leaves the skin smooth and glowing.

With the rising awareness of skin cancer and sun damage today, we are committed to practicing safe sun. To get a beautiful, healthy tan or simply have a natural-looking darker color, try our airbrush tanning! It is non-sticky, non-streaking and leaves the skin with a long-lasting, gorgeous color. We use Au Courant sunless tanning products in our treatment and offer several home care retail items. We offer a complete body treatment that includes exfoliation followed by an application of our product, or the application alone for the entire body.

Massage Services

We provide a range of massage services all catered to your muscles. Whether you would simply like to relax or need attention on specific areas, our massage therapists are well trained in all services.

A classic European full body treatment using gentle to firm pressure applied in long rolling strokes. It is designed to promote relaxation, improve circulation, relieve muscle tension and reduce stress.

An intense treatment that alleviates sore muscles and chronic pain. It relieves tension in specific muscles by using slow strokes and firm pressure. Excellent for sports lovers and those needing relief from muscle strain.

An excellent therapy to ease chronic pain and discomfort: Using trigger point therapy, this neuromuscular treatment relieves tension and stiffness.

Combines Swedish massage traditions and the use of smooth Basalt stones to ease muscles: The warm stones create a state of relaxation while relieving chronic and acute problems.

With the expecting mother in mind: This treatment is specialized for the mom-to-be with the use of our custom designed pregnancy pillows. Mom can comfortably relieve stress, joint pain, neck and back discomfort and edema.

A therapeutic massage using reflex points throughout the feet. Stimulates proper circulation, release stress and ease pain.

A table massage targeting a specific area that needs attention, such as the neck, shoulders and back. Enjoy all the benefits of a deep tissue in half the time.

Endermologie

Endermologie is the first patented FDA cleared process proven to effectively reduce the appearance of cellulite. Each Endermologie session is 35 minutes and is recommended twice a week. Your technician will consult with you to determine a program best suited for your body type and problem areas.

Unique to Bodyworks & Fitness you can dramatically increase your results by doing a 30-minute workout before each treatment. This program, as well as a (meal plan), will be designed by our trainer to target your areas of concern. It is imperative to drink plenty of water and stay active to enhance the process. Each series includes before and after photos to help you follow the improvement in your body.

Nail Services

Your safety and well-being are our top concerns. With this in mind, we take pride in maintaining strict standards to sanitize and sterilize all of our equipment and implements. Quality skin care products are used in all our nail treatments. Each nail treatment includes exfoliation, mask, and massage. We offer a broad range of nail polishes, including ones that do not contain formaldehyde or toluene!
